Thailand Long-Term Residence Visa (LTR)
Introduced in September 2022, Thailand’s LTR Visa is aimed at global affluent citizens, wealthy retirees, high-skilled professionals, and remote workers currently residing in Thailand. This visa provides a range of tax and non-tax incentives, allowing holders to live and work in Thailand with significant benefits. The visa is valid for 10 years, with an initial 5-year issuance and renewal options. However, it is a non-immigrant visa and does not lead to permanent residency or citizenship.
Eligibility for Affluent Global Citizens
